To create the IA, we will work with you strategically to create the website that meets your vision. Not only we will give you our proposal and detailed work order, we will give you an exact blueprint of what your website will content and look like. Below are some of the components included:

SITEMAP

The sitemap provides a roadmap for your website. It will list all the links and how they relate to each other. With the sitemap, you and your customers can feel confident as to where you are in the website.

DESIGN PREFERENCES

Our design team, we review your website (if applicable) and your competitor sites to determine the best theme for your project. We listen to your vision and give you several designs to select from.

WIREFRAMES

To give you a better idea as how your website will work, we will show you the interaction between the various links in the sitemap. We want to make sure that you like the flow and the functionality that we will build into your website.

PROCESS FLOWS

To successfully integrate your website with third-party components, we will create a chart documenting the process. We will show you how our code will work with other systems, such as, credit card processors and CRM systems.

MILESTONES

To keep on schedule, we will create Milestones. Each milestone will bring us closer to launching your website. We want to make sure we have enough time to test each feature before rolling out to your customers. It is important to us that we are on track with our target dates for the delivery of your project.

COMPONENT CHECKLIST (QAR)

We want to make sure that you are 100% happy with the outcome of your project. To achieve that goal, we created a comprehensive checklist for your project. When your project goes to our Quality Assurance Review phase, this checklist will confirm that all the required functionality is met.

DATABASE STRUCTURE

To ensure consistency, we will design and develop the database structure based on industry standards. As the work progress, we can employ a consistent database design for all of your related projects. This will save your time and money in the development stage.
